Wisdom Dayok  is a Research Affiliate with the Yale Consumer Health Informatics Lab (CHIL) and a recent graduate from Fisk University, where she earned her bachelor's in Computer Science. Her interests span technology, health, and human-centered computing, with a focus on developing equitable and culturally responsive digital solutions.At CHIL, she contributes to the WellSis project, working to adapt app features and user journeys to better support the mental health of Black women. She also works on the mHealth for Mental Health project, which explores Black American women’s attitudes and perceptions toward seeking mental health services and evaluates the feasibility of mobile health technologies for delivering resources beyond the COVID-19 pandemic.Previously, Wisdom interned at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where she developed machine learning models to improve simulations of fusion reactors, and at Google as a Tech Exchange Scholar, where she co-authored product and market research documents for an inclusive travel platform. She also served as a Technical Teaching Assistant at Fisk University, supporting more than 100 students in Python programming and data modeling.Her long-term goal is to advance human-centered technology for public health and wellbeing, with a particular emphasis on equity in design.

Wisdom loves to read, especially fantasy and sci-fi, and enjoys playing word games. Lately, Minute Cryptic has been her go-to
